Your weekly injection routine, made friendly.

Reminders at the times you plan, logging in two taps, injection-site history and the pens you have left, all in one calm place. Made for GLP-1 routines such as semaglutide and tirzepatide, and any other routine you set up.

No account. Your data stays yours.

Set it up once. Then just log.

  1. Add your plan

Name your treatment, pick its day and time, and type the amount from your own prescription. If your plan changes on a date, add that too.

  2. Get reminders at your times

A reminder arrives when you planned it, and you can log straight from the notification.

  3. Log in two taps

Tap Log and you’re done. Add the injection site on the body map if you like, and undo a tap by mistake.

  4. See your weeks add up

Your injections, weight and check-ins line up week by week, measured against your own plan.

The whole routine, not just the shot.

No streaks to protect and no guilt when plans change. Skipped and paused are just part of a week.

Reminders at the times you choose

Weekly, every few days, daily or in cycles. Log right from the notification. It stays discreet on your lock screen: it says it’s time for your routine, not what you take.

Injection-site history

Tap where you injected on a simple body map and see where you went last. You choose the next spot; Weekwell never picks it.

Supplies, counted for you

Keep count of pens and vials, with the day you opened each one and the use-by from its label. Logging takes one off, and you get a heads-up below the number you set.

Weight and how you feel

Log your weight against your own goal, and check in on energy, appetite and side effects. Weekwell keeps the record and never comments on it.

Insights against your own plan

See how many planned injections you logged this month, and your weight next to the dates your plan changed. No streaks, no grades.

Also in the app: meals and activity, app lock, and export to CSV or JSON.

Your records stay on your iPhone.

Weekwell works without us. Everything you log lives on your phone, and only you decide if a copy goes anywhere.

  • No account needed

Open the app and start. Signing in is optional and only used for backup.

  • Optional end-to-end encrypted backup

Your backup is locked on your phone with a key only you hold. We can’t open it.

  • Export or delete, any time

Take your full history as CSV or JSON, or wipe it from the app in one go.

  • No ads, no selling your data

No analytics or tracking either. We can’t read your health records, even in a backup.

What Weekwell doesn’t do

Weekwell records what you enter. Some things are for you and your clinician to decide, so the app leaves them alone.

  • Calculate or suggest doses
  • Estimate medication levels in your body
  • Pick your next injection site
  • Interpret symptoms

Questions

Who is Weekwell for?

Adults on an injection routine, such as a weekly GLP-1 pen, plus any other routine they set up. It works with the schedule you enter: weekly, every few days, daily or in cycles.

Which medications does it work with?

Any you take. Pick a name from the list, such as semaglutide or tirzepatide, or add your own. Shots and pills both work. The list holds names only: amounts always come from you.

Does Weekwell tell me what dose to take?

No. Amounts come from you and your prescriber, and Weekwell records them exactly as you enter them. It doesn’t calculate, convert or suggest doses, and it doesn’t interpret symptoms.

Why doesn’t it estimate how much medicine is in my body?

That estimate means modelling how your body processes a medicine, which is a clinical judgement. Weekwell shows exactly what you logged and when, so you and your clinician can look at the facts together.

Where is my data stored?

On your iPhone. There’s no account to create. If you turn on backup, it’s encrypted on your phone before it leaves, with a key only you hold. You can export or delete everything from the app.

Will it be free?

Yes. Weekwell is free to use, and everything you need to run your routine stays free. An optional Pro plan adds extra depth.

Is Weekwell medical advice?

No. Weekwell helps you keep track of what you plan and do. If you feel unwell or are worried, contact your clinician, pharmacist, local urgent-care service or emergency services.

Every week starts bright.

Free to use, on iPhone and Android.
