Help with the Weekwell app.

Contact us

Email hello@weekwell.app and we will reply by email. It helps to include your iPhone model, your iOS version and the Weekwell version, which you can find in More → About.

Weekwell doesn’t give medical advice, calculate doses or interpret health data, so we can’t answer questions about your treatment. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Reminders don’t arrive

Weekwell reminds you at the times in your plan. If a reminder doesn’t arrive:

To choose how much a reminder shows on the lock screen, open More → Privacy & security → Reminders on the lock screen.

Where are my records kept?

On your iPhone. You don’t need an account. If you turn on backup, your records are encrypted on your iPhone before they leave it, and we can’t read them. More in our Privacy Policy.

Back up and move to a new iPhone

  1. On your current iPhone, open More → Backup → Turn on encrypted backup.
  2. Write down your recovery code and keep it where you won’t lose it. You can see it again in More → Backup → View recovery code.
  3. On the new iPhone, install Weekwell, open More → Backup → Restore from a backup, and sign in to the same account if asked.

Weekwell opens the backup with your iCloud Keychain, or with your recovery code if the keychain isn’t available. Without either, nobody can open the backup, including us.

Export your records

Open More → Export & import and choose CSV (a file per record type) or JSON (everything in one file). You decide where the file goes.

Delete everything on your iPhone

Open More → Privacy & security → Delete all data on this iPhone. This can’t be undone. Backups stored in your account aren’t affected; delete your account to remove them.

Delete your account

Open More, tap your name at the top, then Account → Delete account. This deletes your account and the backups stored with it. The records on your iPhone stay.
