Accessibility statement
Last reviewed 21 October 2026.
We want everyone to be able to use the Weekwell website, including people who use a screen reader, keyboard, magnification or voice control.
Standard we follow
This website is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That also covers the Israeli Standard IS 5568 required by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Service) Regulations, 2013, and the web requirements of the European standard EN 301 549.
What we’ve done
- The page has a clear heading structure, landmarks and a “Skip to content” link.
- Everything works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Text and controls meet the WCAG AA contrast ratios in both light and dark mode.
- Text can be enlarged to 200% and the layout adapts down to 320 pixels wide without sideways scrolling.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative illustrations are hidden from screen readers.
- Animations play once and stop within five seconds, and they are turned off when your device is set to reduce motion.
- We don’t use an accessibility overlay or widget; accessibility is built into the page itself.
How we checked
We ran automated checks (axe-core, all WCAG 2.2 level A and AA rules) on every page in light and dark mode. We also checked keyboard-only navigation, text enlarged to 200%, a 320-pixel-wide screen and the reduced-motion setting. Manual testing with the VoiceOver and TalkBack screen readers is planned before the app launches.
